Inconsistent cleanliness in common areas that desperately needs attention!!! Poor signal for Wi-Fi in many spots and outdated room decor lacking charm could use a facelift!!! Limited availability of essential poolside amenities was frustrating!!!

Great swimming pool facilities for kids.

Our stay was overshadowed by several issues. The room we were given had a broken shower head that took a day to fix, which was frustrating. Additionally, the queen mattress was actually two singles pushed together, making it uncomfortable for my partner and me. We complained multiple times at reception about the lack of service and underwhelming breakfast options, but nothing improved during our 4-night stay.

The food choice was great, and the nearby Aphrodite water park made our stay even more fun as it was within walking distance, perfect for a weekend adventurer like me. plus, enjoying the local restaurants was a treat, especially Spicehut for its cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes.

Kids loved the water slides, but food options weren’t great. Would recommend overall.

An unexpected delightful stay

Woke up surrounded by lovely flowers and friendly cats. The staff's warmth transformed our vacation into a memorable family experience, especially with the engaging kids' club.

However, the cleanliness of our apartment didn’t meet expectations, with a few maintenance issues that needed addressing. The dining options could also use a broader variety.

The family suite was spacious, but the overall stay was marred by cleanliness issues that needed immediate attention. Staff were friendly and worked hard, but the corridors were often messy and poorly maintained, with dirt accumulating over days. Food options like hand-cut steaks were enjoyable, but the dining area lacked adequate cleanliness and upkeep.

The new rooms were awesome, and we loved the swim-up pool option for quick dips! Relaxing by the outdoor pool and unwinding with a foot massage made our stay even better. One minor hiccup was the pool area getting a bit crowded at times, but it didn’t take away from the fun. 😊
